Account Administrator

An administrator (or Admin for short) is the primary authority for the account. The Admin is a user account that lets you make changes that will affect other users. Admin can set up or amend details within the portal, add or remove users, edit pre-selected fields and view reports. Importantly, Admin is responsible for authorising billing activities. In larger organisations the Admin may choose to delegate responsibility to another ‘Admin’.
